I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

I’m honored to share my journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and leadership with you. It’s a story of resilience, transformation, and a deep commitment to living authentically.
My path toward self-development and leadership began during a pivotal moment in my life—after a divorce. Concerned for the well-being of my oldest child, I sought guidance and was advised to consider therapy. However, it became clear that I needed to embark on my own journey of healing and personal growth.
That was the beginning of a transformative chapter—focused on freeing myself and my children from negativity and embracing a new way of being. By exploring personal development techniques and shaping a leadership style true to who I am, I began a powerful journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
Driven by a curiosity and thirst for knowledge, I delved into high-level teachings in the realm of energetics, which resonated deeply with me. These teachings became part of my daily life, guiding me toward profound self-awareness and unlocking untapped potential within.
For the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and mentoring others, providing guidance and support as they face challenges and discover their true potential. My approach is lighthearted yet impactful, always rooted in authenticity and a genuine desire to help others thrive.
What led me to this moment is a deep understanding that I am meant to be in business for myself—to be a guiding light for others on their path to personal and professional fulfillment. My experiences, including my work with a renowned skincare company and my passion for coaching and wellness, have built the foundation for this new chapter.
Even when faced with setbacks, such as the challenges brought on by the pandemic, I remained committed to serving others and pursuing my dreams. With patience, faith, and unwavering determination, I’ve embraced a new beginning—an opportunity to make an even greater impact.
